Professor Jürg Utzinger

Jürg is an expert on the epidemiology and control of parasitic diseases with an emphasis on neglected tropical diseases. He has over two decades of experience in all aspects of neglected tropical diseases and malaria. His research, teaching and training interests pertain to spatially explicit risk profiling, health impact assessments of large infrastructure projects and integrated disease control approach. Jürg is a member of numerous national and international bodies in the field of health and international development.
