For over eight years, Noela has been involved as an independent monitor for Sightsavers supported States Neglected tropical disease control programmes. She has participated in supervising and monitoring of activities of State Ministry of Health staff and community volunteers during implementation of community-based health interventions and worked as a Consultant on NOMIS Data entry and data entry clerk to National and International NGOs.
Currently, Noela is the Kaduna State project lead on COUNTDOWN’s Scale up of a ‘bottom-up’ participatory planning approach for Mass Administration of Medicines study.
She holds a degree in English and a post graduate diploma in Information Management from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria Nigeria. Noela is currently studying towards obtaining a master’s degree in development studies
