Mobolanle is a trained communications expert from the University of Ibadan and currently working with Sightsavers on the COUNTDOWN implementation research project in Nigeria.
She is fascinated by health systems research that provide evidence for policy change to address inequities in availability and access to health care needs of different population sets toward the World Health Organisation’s drive to universal health coverage.
With an academic background in communications and a growing passion in health research and public health, she has participated in a number of community-based researches with close engagement with diverse community groupings while collecting evidence-based data.
She is currently a consultant with COUNTDOWN as Field Coordinator working along other research scientists to evaluate the scaling up process of tools and participatory approach innovated to support planning and implementation of neglected tropical diseases (NTDs) intervention programme in her country, Nigeria.
